Day 10: Day-to-day Weight Loss

The tenth day on my journey, I will share the amount of exercise I got in, water consumption and calories.

This day also went well, I consumed a little under my calorie range, did the full twenty minutes of Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred and drank more than enough water.  Like I said a good day.  The only glitch – I had ice cream! Oh well – it did not make me exceed the calories so I’m not going to dwell on it.

It is amazing how great I feel after only a few days of exercise and eating within my calorie range.  I do feel a little tired most days from the workouts, but I do feel a bit of improvement on my overall moods and physical well being.  I feel a little stronger and my endurance is increasing day by day – who would’ve thought?

So here are my achievements for  day 10:

Calories:      1551 (including ice cream)

Cardio:         20 minute 30 day shred circuit training

Strength:      20 minute 30 day shred circuit training

Water:          10 glasses

Oh yeah, I can definitely do this.  The Big Breakfast Diet from Joel Marion that I started this week is also going great; I eat a big breakfast filled with protein (beef, eggs,legumes) and I swear I fill full all day long.  When I do get hungry at night a small snack will do the trick and I go to bed satisfied.  Although I have not really struck to the diet one hundred percent I can still say its easier to remain below calories when I have had a big breakfast.

So now on to day 11…

    I also do a BIG breakfast. I haven’t tried Joel’s yet but I have it ready to go for the last few pounds. I do another diet where 1/2 cals. are consumed at breakfast, including ice cream or other sweet. You MUST consume the sweet. Then you eat small amount of protein and veg w/fruit for lunch and just veg. and fruit for dinner. I can hardly eat it all but I’m losing a ton, quickly. Don’t you love not being hungry all day? What you’re doing is using all the hormones you’re supposed to use to burn cals. during the day and at night HGH and serotonin are burning fat cuz you haven’t eat much in the later hours. Absolutely NO cravings for anything so far. Good to see a girl doing this kinda stuff. Good luck!
