Easy Rich Ice Cream

This could be Ben and Jerries, it tastes so good. Very rich and nice on it’s own or with pie.
- 600ml double cream
- 395ml condensed milk
- vanilla essance
- Simply pour 600ml of double cream in a freezable container (must take at least a Litre of fluids)
- Add the pot of condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essance
- Whip it all together until it is nice and thick.
- Freeze for 12 hours
It’s as simple as that. I love this one, but be warned it is very rich and moreish. I sometimes add some Baileys or Whiskey to it for parties. Half a glass of either is sufficient.
