Eat Ice Cream and Lose Weight

Hot New research reveals that the ice cream, when consumed as part of a healthy diet, can actually melt the fat, to help you lose weight faster than if you refrained! More than one dish per day will help you get healthier in other ways according to the book by Marsha Hudnall, the Diet ICE.

But before leaving for a couple of gallons of Ben and Jerry to remember that too may find its way to the hips, stomach and other unwanted places.

A major advantage eating ice cream is that it can satisfy your desires better than any other food. “When we say we can not have something, we immediately focus our attention on what is forbidden, which increases our desire and the chances of losing control,” says Marsha Hudnall, RD, Green Mountain Fox Run, a “non-food ’spa weight control.

A major advantage of the ice cream is the calcium it provides. Only 4% of women over 50 meet the objective 1200 mg daily. The average consumption of calcium women is only 652 mg. Less than a third of men to achieve these objectives.
