Flamed Apple with Brown Sugar and Cinnamon
Flamed apple with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Ingredients:
4 apples
4 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter
50 ml rum
4 balls ice cream (sweetened pastry cream)

Method:
- · Apples are cleaned and cut into rings. In a pan, pour sugar and when caramelized, add butter, cinnamon and honey.
- · Sliced apples are caramelized with a mixture of both sides on them pour rum and flamed.
- When the alcohol evaporates, the fruits are served, topped with ice cream or cream.
