Full Moon Sundaes

published by pattiann on Jul 31, 2012

Here is a recipe that my mom found in a Rachael Ray magazine in 2007 and we love it each summer.

one 12 ounce jar hot fudge sauce

2 pints fudge swirl ice cream

6 moon pies or mallomars coasely chopped

Whipped cream

1. Heat the hot fudge sauce in the microwave or in a small pot over heat.

2. For each sundae, layer some hot fudge, 1 scoop ice cream, mallomar pieces, a second scoop of ice cream, more hot fudge and whipped cream
