Holiday Pumpkin Milkshake

A refreshing way to use pumpkin that’s not your typical holiday dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. pumpkin puree, homemade or canned
- 2 c. premium vanilla ice cream
- 1 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 pinch salt
Method
Blend all ingredients in a blender to desired consistency. Pour into milkshake glasses, garnish with whipped cream, and salted pumpkin seeds. Enjoy.
