Holiday Pumpkin Milkshake

A refreshing way to use pumpkin that’s not your typical holiday dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. pumpkin puree, homemade or canned
  • 2 c. premium vanilla ice cream
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

Blend all ingredients in a blender to desired consistency. Pour into milkshake glasses, garnish with whipped cream, and salted pumpkin seeds. Enjoy.
