Home-made Ice-cream

Ever wanted to make your own home-made ice-cream?

Ingredients:

  • 400g coffee creamer 
  • 1 litre fresh milk (full-cream or low fat, whichever you desire)
  • 6 big spoonfuls of milk powder (full-cream, preferably)
  • 6 big spoonfuls of sugar
  • 6 big spoonfuls of milo

Method:

  1. Pour all of the above into a bowl and mix well till no lumps or clumps appear. You may use your mixer to help you.
  2. Keep in freezer for 4 hours.
  3. After 4 hours, beat in a mixer for about 40 minutes or so.
  4. Put ice-cream mixture into freezer and then, hoila! you have nice ice-cream now.
