Homemade Butter Pecan Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 (l lb) box brown sugar
- 1 c. pecans, finely chopped
- Whole milk
Method
Mix pudding, condensed milk, evaporated milk, salt, vanilla, brown sugar and pecans together in a large mixing bowl. Pour into a 4-quart ice cream freezer and finish filling the freezer with whole milk. Freeze and enjoy.
