Honeydew Lime Cooler

It is a honeydew melon lime sherbet, which is tasty sherbet to serve for your guests.

Ingredients

  • 4-1/2 cups cubed honeydew
  • 1-1/2 cups lime sherbet
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 5 fresh strawberries

Method

  1. Place the melon cubes in a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan
  2. Cover and freeze until firm, about 15 minutes
  3. In a blender, combine the sherbet, lime juice and remaining frozen melon
  4. Cover and process until smooth
  5. Pour into chilled glasses, garnish with strawberries and reserved melon
  6. Then serve

Frozen, cover, process, blend, glasses, serv.
