Ingredients:

• 1 round scoop of ice cream
• Whipped cream
• Some type of fizzy drink, e.g., lemonade, creaming soda, Cola
• Cinnamon
• Dark or milk chocolate

Method:

• Place 1 round ball of ice-cream into a wine glass
• Add soda
• Grate chocolate and place on top of froth
• Add cream to the side of drink
• Sprinkle with cinnamon
