Iced Spanish Cream Coffee
Coffee beverage to be made for sharing.
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 qt. strong coffee
- 1 cup thin cream
- Caramelize the sugar
- Add boiling water
- Stir until sugar is dissolved
- Boil 2 minutes
- Add coffee
- Then add cream
- Pour over cracked ice
- Serve in tall glasses
- Top with vanilla ice cream
