Iced Spanish Cream Coffee

Coffee beverage to be made for sharing.

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 qt. strong coffee
  • 1 cup thin cream
  1. Caramelize the sugar
  2. Add boiling water
  3. Stir until sugar is dissolved
  4. Boil 2 minutes
  5. Add coffee
  6. Then add cream
  7. Pour over cracked ice
  8. Serve in tall glasses
  9. Top with vanilla ice cream
