Making Ice Cream Without The Cream
A delicious ice “cream”
This ice cream is delicious.
There is absolutely no dairy in it.
In fact, if you want, you don’t have to add more than one fruit.
Because it is one fruit.
It is a banana.
A simple ripe banana to which you can add something if you want.
But you don’t have to.
Recipe
Take a ripe banana.
Cut it into thin slices.
Freeze.
When frozen so that all the pieces are stuck together
Method
Put frozen banana into microwave at medium high for about a minute.
Check, because you don’t want the banana to warm up,
you just want to be able to mush it.
If you are going to add anything, nows the time.
I add chocolate pudding powder
You know the stuff that comes in a box and you just add milk?
Well pour a bit of the powder onto the banana and mush.
You can use other things, like dark chocolate pieces to have
a chocolate chip if you want.
Now that it’s mushed and mixed, put back into freezer for
a little while to sort of relax.
Eat.
It is naturally sweet, (no sugar is added), has no dairy at all,
(unless you count the pudding powder).
It is 100% banana.
Try it.

It is so easy. The frozen banana, once slightly nuked, mushes up easy, and you can add flavouring or leave it as it is. It is naturally sweet. So imagine letting your kids eat as much of this ‘banana ice cream’ as they want.

this is great for dieters. They can eat the plain banana, maybe
with a bit of vanilla essence, or put in another fresh fruit, like
cut up strawberries
