Paul’s Vanilla Ice Cream
I make Paul’s Vanilla Ice Cream for a few reasons. It’s easy to make, it tastes good and it doesn’t use heavy cream. Here’s my recipe I hope you enjoy it.
Paul’s Vanilla Ice Cream
I use an ice cream machine to freeze my ice cream.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup table cream
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 tbsp. vanilla

Procedure:
- Beat the eggs and beat in sugar.
- Mix milk and table cream in a sauce pan and bring almost to a boil. I usually just make table cream (50/50) by mixing whipping cream and whole milk 50 / 50.
- Beat heated cream into eggs slowly but not too slow.
- Let the mixture cool and then add whipping cream and vanilla.
- Freeze in ice cream machine.
This recipe makes just over a quart.
If you make this ice cream please leave a comment and let me know how it turned out. Thanks.
