Three Unique Ice Cream Flavors!

In this recipe.
I love creating my own flavours in ice cream I have another recipe which is the homemade vanilla ice cream,basically the creation of these ice creams are the same ,you can use the same ingredients and create your own flavour.
- Rose syrup

Rose syrup
- 700ml water
- 700gr sugar
- 2tsp rosewater(rodonero)
- 1cup dried rose petals
Preparation for the rose syrup
- First leave for one night the dried rose petals in the 300ml water.
- The next day drain in a bodkin the liquid and keep it.
- Add the sugar and the rose liquid and the 400ml of water in to a pan and boil for a few minutes.
- Then we remove it from the fire and remove the foam.
- Let it get cold and add the rodonero.
- The syrup is ready.
- Green tea syrup

Green tea syrup
- 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon green tea
Preparation for the green tea syrup
- In a small saucepan add the sugar and the water and let them to boil
- Add the green tea and stir the mixture well to dissolve any remaining sugar grains.
- Let it cool .
- Strain the syrup to remove the buds.
- The syrup is ready!
- Lavender Syrup

Lavender syrup
- 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon dried lavender
Preparation for the lavender syrup
- In a small saucepan add the sugar and the water and let them to boil
- Add the lavender and stir the mixture well to dissolve any remaining sugar grains.
- Let it cool .
- Strain the syrup to remove the buds.
- The syrup is ready!

This ice cream is really easy to make!
Ingredients for the ice cream
- 120gr rose syrup(green tea or lavender)
- 350gr milk
- 30gr sugar
- 150gr cream low fat
- 6yolks
Preparation for the ice cream
First mix the sugar
with the yolks and put them in a pan.
Then you must add the (cream low fat) ,the milk and the syrup(the flavor you want).
Mix in low temperature (the temperature should not be over 83-85 C).
Let the mixture cold and put in a bowl(the bowl must be metal).
Put the bowl into refrigeration and do not forget to mix .
First mix after 30 minutes,after 1 hour,after 30 minutes.(The ice cream should be a little bit fluffy)

This are definately unique flavors! I had heard of Green Tea ice cream before, but not the others. In fact, I didn’t even think rose and lavender were edible.

what a wonderful recipe, I was actually looking for slushy syrups, but these might actually do a great job :3
