Jelly Roll Supreme
This is a very tasty Jelly Roll recipe. It serves up to four people. Any more than that and you wouldn’t be able to have Seconds!
Pre-heat your oven to 350.
Ingredients
- 7 eggs
- 7 tbsp oil
- 70 grams sugar
- 70 grams flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder Apricot marmalade
Method
Separate the eggs into 2 different bowls. Stir the yolks, sugar, vanilla extract, and oil until it is foamy. Mix the flour and the baking powder in another bowl. Beat the egg whites until they are fairly stiff in yet another bowl. Pour a bit of the flour and baking powder mixture into the bowl with the sugar, yolk, vanilla extract, and oil. Then pour some of the egg whites into the main bowl. Stir while pouring the mixtures together. Repeat pouring in to the main bowl until the other 2 bowls are empty. Pour the batter in a jelly roll pan lined with baking paper. Put the Jelly Roll pan on the middle rack of the pre-heated oven. Cook it until the roll is golden-brown. Remove the roll from th the oven and take the bakinaper including the roll and place it on a counter. Place a cloth on top of the roll and flip it over. Then remove the baking paper from the bottom of the roll. Put the apricot marmalade on the roll and roll it up. Serve it ith powder sugar on top!
