Eating the same snacks tend to get boring after a while. Here is a new idea to bring fun and taste into your day. It is healthy and delicious! Chocolate covered frozen bananas make for a fast
and easy snack. They are great for children’s events and, parties. you can even let the children make them for fun or just for a snack.

What you will need:
-Baking chocolate (dark chocolate is a great way to add antioxidants)
-Bananas
-Popsicle sticks

How to make them:
Peel the bananas and cut them in half. Then, you will need to gently push the Popsicle sticks inside the bananas. Don’t try pushing the sticks into the top, pointy part of the banana. Go from
the bottom part where you made the cut.

Next, you will need to heat the chocolate for a few seconds in the microwave. (For best results, follow the packaging instructions for heating time)

Dip the bananas in the heated chocolate. Cover the entire banana in chocolate.
(If desired, you can also add sprinkles, or other toppings for more fun and flavor!)

Now, freeze them for at least 3 hours then they are ready to eat!

Fun tip: Chocolate covered frozen banana buffet!
Make a chocolate covered frozen banana station by providing several different toppings to choose from. All you need is toppings (of your preference) Sprinkles, whip cream, white
chocolate (to make a mixture of chocolate and white chocolate swirl bananas, just mix the white and milk chocolate together gently into a bowl before dipping. Do not stir. Use a spoon to drizzle
it into the milk chocolate so it makes a marble look.) Set the different toppings out onto a table and let your guests design their very own bananas!
