Do you love fudge and crave for chocolate, well this recipe is for you.

My mother makes and loves good homemade fudge. She enjoys making fudge as much as she does eating it. I also love fudge very much. First of all lets start with the pan preparation. Line a 9 inch pan with foil or any reasonable size pan at home. you can also buy a already foiled pan at your local grocery store.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 of butter
  • 2/3 cup of evaporated milk
  • Chocolate chips of any kind
  • Some marshmallow creme
  • 1 cup of nuts which is optional
  • 1 tbs of vanilla

Method

Alright now lets start by Placing the sugar, butter, and evaporated milk in a large sauce pan. Bring to a full boil on medium heat while stirring constantly. Boil for 3-4 minutes, add chocolate and marshmallow creme. Stir until completely melted. Add vanilla and nuts, and mix well. Pour into pans immediately and let set to cool for about three to four hours. Then you can Cut into 1 inch squares. This recipe makes 3 pounds of fudge or about 80 inch by inch squares. Store in a sealed container. There you have it FUDGE! I hope you enjoy this little recipe and remember enjoy eating it.
