Mango Ice Cream (Egg-less)
An easy to make egg less mango ice cream everyone can enjoy.
Another fruit based dessert recipe, it can be savored as it is or combined with mango-peach sorbet for a unique taste contrast.
Ingredients:
1 can evporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
250 ml fresh cream
½ cup finely diced mangoes
1 tsp powdered cardamom
1/2 cup chopped almonds
A few drops yellow food colour
Method:
1. In a large bowl, Mix in all the ingredients, except the nuts and mango. Using a hand blender, whip into a foamy liquid.
2. When all the condensed milk is mixed well throw in the chopped almonds and diced mangoes and stir well.
3. Now pour this mixture into individual molds or a shallow metal container.
4. Cover with a cling film and then the lid. Freeze or 3-4 hours or until set.
5. Remove it from the freezer 5-7 minutes before serving.
6. Serve with a spoonful of slightly melted mango-peach sorbet.
