Marshmallow Fruit Squares
If you like peaches and marshmallows, you will love this dessert!
Marshmallow Fruit Squares

Ingredients:
For the filling:
-30 large marshmallows
-1/2 cup of milk
-1 cup of whipped cream
-5 peaches, skinned and quartered
For the crust:
-1/4 cup of butter
-1 1/4 cups of graham cracker crumbs
-2 tbsp of white sugar
Directions:
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir in the crumbs and sugar. Take out 1/2 cup of this mixture for later. Press the remainder of it into an ungreased 9 by 9 inch pan. Put marshmallows and milk in top of a double boiler over simmering water. Melt, stirring regularly. Take off of the heat and allow it to cool. Fold the whipped cream into the cooled marshmallow mixture. Next, fold in the peaches. Pour this over the graham cracker base in the pan. Now, finish it off by sprinkling the reserved crumbs over top. Refrigerate until serving time. Enjoy!
Don’t like peaches, try strawberries, blueberries, chocolate, etc!
