No Bake Cookies

Easy cookies to make, though they set up very fast. Make with another adult so you have help scooping and dropping them onto your wax paper!
No Bake Cookies
| 6 dozen |
2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
Boil in sauce pan for 2 minutes. Remove.
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 square chocolate (or 4-5 tablespoons cocoa)
2 1/2 cup quick oatmeal
1 cup nuts (optional)
Mix well and drop by teaspoon on wax paper.
