Tuille Biscuit Recipe

Decent recipe for tuille biscuits.

Ingredients

  • 125G icing sugar
  • 125Gflour
  • 3 EGG whites small
  • 80Gsoft butter
  • vanilla pod seeds

Method

make a paste using flour icing sugar and egg whites add melted or soft butter

lastly stir in vanilla leave to set in fridge or use almost straight away

spread thinly onto a stencil paper thin with a palette knife…..see pic for one i made earlier

    that pics from 4 years ago ive retired as a chef now
    I have a love of these biscuits Id make stars,animals,curls,rolls
    and decorate plain desserts with them if you want the chocolate version substitute 20g of flour for cocoa…trail and error folks
