Peach Dessert

A must-have for the holiday meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • ½ cup of butter
  • ¼ cup of sugar

Filling

  • 1 ½ cup of sugar
  • 1 ½ cup of water
  • 3 tablespoons of corn starch
  • 1 3 ounces peach Jell-O
  • 6-8 peaches-sliced

Method

  1. Mix flour, butter and sugar then press in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  2. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
  3. Prepare filling and cook until thick than add the peach Jell-O
  4. —–Cool! —–
  5. Place sliced peaches layered on top of the crust.
  6. Pour cooled filling over the top.

    HI, I don’t cook much these days, but the right recipe could get me going again.
    Those red fruit things I have are too small and hard to be pomegranates, I cut one open and they are white inside.
