Peanut Butter Balls
Christmas candy.
Ingredients
- 1 lbs powder sugar
- 1 lbs chocolate almond bark
- 18 oz jar peanut butter
- wax paper
Method
mix peanut butter and powder sugar in a bowl until clumpy. put in fridge for 2 hours. remove from the fridge and roll into balls about the size of a large marble. continue until all mixture has been rolled.
In a double boiler melt the almond bark, until creamy and smooth. remove from heat, dip the balls 1 at time, after dipped put on wax paper to harden. once harden store in a cool place.
