Peanut Butter Squares Recipe

published by Chris Harris on Feb 10, 2010

This is a Peanut Butter Square recipe that my Third Grade teacher gave me.

I really hope that you will be able to find this recipe useful for all sorts of occasions. I have made it many times and I LOVE it!!!! It is very easy to make. My 10 year-old cousin makes it by herself.

You will need 5 different ingredients for the recipe. They are:

  • 2½ cups crushed graham crackers (any kind)
  • 1 cup melted margarine
  • 2 cups  confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips

Mix the graham crackers, melted margarine, confectioners sugar, and peanut butter and then spread it evenly in a jelly roll pan, a cookie sheet with edges all around it works as well. Melt the chocolate chips and spread evenly over the top of everything else. Chill and then cut into squares. Enjoy!
