Ingredients

  • Peanut – 100grams (fresh)
  • Sugar – 100gms
  • Water-100gms
  • Ghee – as required for deep frying or any cooking oil
  • Rose essence – 2tsp

Method

  1. Soak peanuts in water for 24hrs.
  2. Peel them. Then grind them nicely without adding water.
  3. The peanut dough must be pasty. So its easier to make into small balls. (If the dough doesn’t then add little maidha flour and make balls.)
  4. Besides this, mix water and sugar in a thick heavy bottomed vessel before it reaches a single string consistency. Pour the rose essens in that sugar syrup.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Simmer the stove, add the small balls (4or5) into oil. Fry the balls till they become brown. Drain the fried balls. Dip them into the sugar syrup. Let them free for at least two hours. After that it will be soft and taste, then serve.
  6. It is tastier, healthier for all.
