Pecan Recipe

If you love pecans this is for you.

3/4 cup white sugar

1/2 cup corn syrup

1/2 stick butter or margarine

1 cup pecan

3 eggs

Method: Mix sugar and syrup until melted. Butter together first then put in medium bowl beat eggs then pecans. Cook at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.  Make 2 pies.

    Do you pour this into a regular pie shell or use a graham cracker crust?
