Very easy and delicious…

Banana Cream Cheese Pie
Ingredients
- 1 baked pie shell
- 3 medium bananas
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping (cool whip)
- Cinnamon (optional)
- Toasted coconut (optional)

Method
- Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add milk slowly, beating at low speed until smooth. Stir in vanilla and lemon juice. Set aside.
- Slice 2 bananas and place in bottom of baked pie shell. Top with cream cheese mixture. Chill until firm. (approximately 1 hour). Slice remaining banana on top of pie. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon or toasted coconut.
- Keep refrigerated.
