Very easy and delicious…

Banana Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 baked pie shell
  • 3 medium bananas
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping (cool whip)
  • Cinnamon (optional)
  • Toasted coconut (optional)
  1. Method

  2. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.   Add milk slowly, beating at low speed until smooth.  Stir in vanilla and lemon juice.  Set aside.
  3. Slice 2 bananas and place in bottom of baked pie shell.  Top with cream cheese mixture.  Chill until firm. (approximately 1 hour).  Slice remaining banana on top of pie.  Top with whipped cream.  Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon or toasted coconut.
  4. Keep refrigerated.
