Banana Split Pie
A little bit of indulgence.
Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 c. low-fat milk
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. Whipped cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ½ c. peanuts chopped
- Chocolate syrup
Method
- Mix pudding with milk and vanilla and beat until thick. .
- Pour into crust and put banana slices over pudding
- Drain pineapple to remove all juice. .
- Sprinkle pineapple on top of bananas
- Cover with whipped cream, sprinkle peanuts, drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with cherries
*Chill well before serving

I have been making this for many years. It is one of my families favorites. And it is so easy. We call it Banana Split Cake.
