Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie

This rich and delicious treat is sure to be a hit at your Thanksgiving table!

Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup white Karo corn syrup
  • 1 teasoon vanilla
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (12 oz) bag milk chocolate chips

Method

Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla and Karo syrup in a large bowl.  Mix well.  Add melted butter and stir in pecans and chocolate chips.  Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until set.
