Easy As Peanut Butter Pie

This recipe isn’t fat free by no means but it’s quick, easy and tastes soooo good! Everyone you know will want this recipe once they taste it. Let the kids help make it and within minutes you’ll have a pie with little mess.

Nothing says southern cooking better than a big slice of peanut butter pie. This recipe is so easy and good you’ll find yourself making it just because you want some. There’s no baking involved, so how much easier can it get? This is the perfect quick dessert to make when you don’t have time to bake and need something in a hurry. Trust me, your friends will think you spent hours making it and they’ll all want the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened at room temperature)
  • 2 Tablespoons of milk
  • ½ Cup of smooth peanut butter (it’s ok to substitute chunky)
  • 1 Cup sifted sugar
  • 2/3 Small container of Cool Whip

Pre-Made Crust

Mix your first three ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Then add the sugar and mix together. Once that is mixed, add your Cool Whip. Pour mixture into an already made crust (I prefer graham) and let chill for at least an hour in the refrigerator.

If you like a more chocolate flare to your pie, use a chocolate pre-made crust and add chocolate shavings to the top of the pie.

This recipe makes enough to fill one regular sized pie crust and takes approximately ten minutes from start to finish. It’s a great dessert to have the kids help you make.
