Five-Minute Easy Creamy Coconut Pie

This is one easy and delicious recipe you’ll want to keep.

Ingredients

  • 1 3 oz. small package of cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/3 cups coconut
  • 1 8 oz. container non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
  • ½ tsp. almond extract
  • 8 or 9 in. ready-made graham cracker crumb crust

Method

  1. Beat cream cheese until softened
  2. Add in sugar and continue to beat until well-mixed
  3. Gradually add milk and beat until smooth
  4. Fold in coconut, whipped topping and extract
  5. Spoon into crust
  6. Freeze until firm (about 4 hours)
  7. Garnish with toasted coconut and maraschino cherries if desired
  8. Let stand at room temperature for 15 before cutting

Store leftovers in freezer.

    No milk is listed in the ingredients, but in the method,one is asked to add milk and beat until smooth. What amount of milk?
