Grasshopper Pie

This delicious pie will impress the pie lovers.

I am including a recipe for a chocolate graham cracker pie crust. You can purchase a graham cracker pie crust at your supermarket. Just sprinkle bottom with cocoa before filling.
Ingredients
Chocolate graham cracker pie crust
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 heaping tablespoon cocoa
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients well. Press firmly on bottom and up sides of a 9 inch pie pan. Bake 6 to 8 minutes. Cool before filling.
Pie filling
- 30 large marshmallows
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup green creme de menthe
- 2 tablespoons white cream de cocao
- 1 8oz container cool whip
Melt marshmallows and milk in large saucepan. Remove from heat; stir in liqueurs. Cool for 1 hour. Fold in 1/2 cool whip; pour into crust. Freeze. Serve from freezer with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
