Heavenly Pecan Pie

This Pecan Pie is quick and easy to make!

Heavenly Pecan Pie

3 egg whites

1/4 teaspoon cream or tartar

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup graham cracker crumbs or prepared graham cracker crust

1 cup chopped pecans

Beat egg whites until foamy; add cream of tartar.  Beat until mixture holds peaks.  Gradually add sugar.  Add vanilla and pecans.  Fold in cracker crumbs.  Pour into a slightly buttered pie pan and bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.  When cool, cover with topping and chill until serving time.
