Malteaser Cheesecake
The nicest cheesecakes I’ve had in a long time.
Ingredients
- 2 packets of cream cheese
- Half packet of Digestive Biscuits (Cookies)
- Large Packet of Malteasers
- Flake Bar
- Condensed Milk
- 1/4 lb Real Butter

Method
- Mix the Cream Cheese up together, slowly add some condensed milk,continue toi mix until you get a smooth texture.
- Take the half packet of digestive biscuits and crush them into crumbs
- Melt the butter.
- Take about 5/6 malteasers from the packet and leave to one side for later.
- Crush the rest of the malteasers.
- Add some of the crushed malteasers to the biscuit crumb mix, mix up and add the melted butter.
- Stir until you get a constincy, may need more butter of biscuits to get this right.
- Add the remaining crushed Malteasers to the cream cheese and condensed milk, stir this to mix it all up.
- Place the biscuit mix in the bottom of a round cake dish, level it across the bottom.
- Cover this with the cream cheese mix, add the whole Malteasers you left aside earlier to the top.
- Break a flake bar over the top, covering with chocolate.
- Leave into the fridge for just over an hour to set.
- Eat and enjoy.

Must make this again soon…also want to try Dime bar cheesecake & Baked Oreo chessecake…I’ll give you the recipes once I try them out.
