No Cook Peach Cream Pie Recipe

Yummy and Free Recipes!

Ingredients:

  • 4 large peaches
  • 1 prepared chocolate crumb pie crust
  • 1 cup heavy or whipping cream
  • 1 package of vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract

Instructions:

Peel and slice the peaches into bite sized pieces.  Place half the peaches in pie crust.  In a small bowl mix whipping cram at medium speed until peaks form.  Prepare pudding as directed, but with only one cup milk.  Gently fold in the cream and lemon extract into the pudding.  Spoon over the peaches in crust.  Top with remaining peaches.  Put in fridge to cool about 30-45 minutes.
