Recipe for diabetics. Cheese and raisin pie

You can adopt a positive attitude vis-à-vis the disease and healthy you can feed, valuing everything better nature to offer food: vegetables, lean meat, skimmed milk or some fruits.

I will now present a recipe for diabetics. Recipes for diabetics are welcome. And diabetics can eat cupcakes.

Ingredients:

1 package of margarine,

150 ml water

20 g yeast,

a pinch of salt,

1 teaspoon honey,

Flour,

For the filling:

700 g cheese,

4 eggs,

3 sachets vanilla sugar, 100 g honey,

100 g raisins,

Preparation Method:

For sheets: put in a large bowl and margarine pinch of salt. In a 150 ml glass, place the yeast with a teaspoon of honey and stir to dissolve. Cup with water that is lukewarm and add more margarine. Sprinkle flour and knead by hand until a dough consistency right. Cover dough with a kitchen towel and let rise in a warm place 1-2 hours. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. In a bowl, put cheese, eggs, honey, vanilla and sugar, then mix until a homogeneous composition. The dough is divided into two halves. In the first half on a floured board, cover the size of a sheet pan to bake the pie. Sprinkle with raisins. Place over filling layer made from the remaining pastry sheet. Baking time is about 40-45 minutes. Remove pan from oven, wrap with a clean kitchen towel and let rest 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into pieces and placed on the plateau.
