Simple and Easy Pineapple Slice

A delicious and moorish Pineapple slice. One taste and you will have to have more. Impress your workmates or your family with this very easy to make Pineapple slice.
Mix together
- pkt vanilla cake mix
- cup of coconut
- 125grms melted butter.
press into slice tray
Top with
- large can of pie apple or two smaller cans of drained crushed pineapple
- spread over a carton of sour cream which has been out of the fridge for a half hour or so
- sprinkle with cinnamon sugar
Bake at 180 for about 35- 40 mins.
Refrigerate overnight and cut.
