Strawberry Pie

Who doesn’t like pie and who doesn’t like strawberry pie. You know with Christmas coming here is your chance to make something and pie is always a good way to start.
Strawberry Pie:
Ingredients :
1 cup of mashed strawberries
1 cup of white sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp cold water
1 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp lemon juice
Preparations :
Make your pie crust any way you like. You can use a wafter bottom or a regular pie crust. Once you have your pie crust ready add your strawberrie,sugar,cornstarch and cold water to a pot on the stove. Heat until mixture is thick and clear. Remove from heat and add your margarine and lemon juice. Add mixture to your pie crust.
Don’t forget to serve with whip cream and ice cream for extra taste.
