Strawberry Sour Cream Pie

Strawberry Sour Cream Pie Yield: 4  

Ingredients:   

  • 1 Pie Shell, unbaked
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 qt Strawberries, fresh
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Flour, (Sifted)

Preparation:   

Preheat oven to 450°F. Cut berries in halves and pour into pie shell. Sift sugar, flour and salt together; gradually add sour cream. Pour sour cream mixture over strawberries. Sprinkle remaining 2 tablespoons sugar over sour cream. 

Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes, decrease oven temperature to 350°F, and continue to bake pie for 50-60 minutes or until brown.
