White Chocolate Pie

Dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 sticks butter, melted
  • 4oz. white chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 9″ graham cracker pie crust

Method

Melt butter and white chocolate together.  Add the sugar slowly;
then add one egg at a time.  Add in the vanilla.  Beat until mix has
become thickened.  Fold in the whipped cream.  Turn the mixture into
the pie shell and chill
