Ingredients

• 1 small box of pistachio pudding mix, instant
• 1 prepared graham cracker crust
• 1 8 oz boxes of creac cheese
• Topping;
• 6-10 whole pistachio nuts- minced

Method

prepare pudding as directed except cut milk in half for

thichness. Let cream cheese sit out for awhile to soften. Combine

cream cheese to pudding mix until very smooth, Place in pie crust

and chill till firm. sprinkle nuts, or whip cream on top.
