Powdered Sugar Frosting Recipe

Perfect recipe for making frosting with powdered sugar.
Ingredients
-2 cups sifted powdered sugar
-1/2 cup butter
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1 1/2 tablespoons milk
Procedure
1. Cream Sugar, Butter, and Vanilla
2. Add milk
3. Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa for chocolate frosting
4. If the frosting is too sweet, add more milk
