Quick Souffle

Easy and quick.
Ingredients: All you need is-
One packet strawberry jelly and one small slab strawberry ice cream. You can use some of the fresh strawberries for decoration on top also.

Method
Make jelly by adding 500 ml hot water. Keep on stirring. When it is still hot add the entire slab of ice cream in it, and beat with a hand beater lightly till nice and frothy. Put in the refrigerator to set. Serve when the souffle is fully set. Decorate with fresh strawberries or whipped cream.
Variation- Other jelly flavors can be used with vanilla ice cream or any other flavored ice cream as desired.
