Red Bean Jelly

Try this convenient dessert for a party or a picnic.

Ingredients

  • red beans
  • sugar
  • clean water

Method of Preparation

  1. First, you must soak the beans.
  2. When the beans are soft, put them in a blender. Switch on the blender to blend the beans well.
  3. Then, boil it for thirty minutes.
  4. Lastly, add some sugar to it. Put it in bowls inside a fridge for a few hours. Take it out from the fridge, and wrap it in plastic wrap and place it in a plastic container. This will keep the red bean jelly fresh.

You can serve your customers on a plate or eat them straightaway. Served it while it is chilled!
