Rice Pudding

A fabulous pudding of rice with milk.

Ingredients:

· 1 cup of rice

· 1 pound of milk

· 250 g sugar

· Zest of one lemon

· Cinnamon

First, in a pan, put the rice, cover with water and boil over low heat, until we see that all the water consumed.

Then pour the hot milk and skin of the lemon, and let simmer for 25 minutes, stirring frequently. Next, add the sugar, stirring and without removing the fire.

Finally take out the lemon peel and pour into the containers in which we want to serve rice. Sprinkle it with cinnamon and then we put it in the fridge.

    I would like to fix for my husbandl, he doesn’t like the store brought brands.
