Simple and Delicious Pancake Recipe!

A mouth-watering, step-by-step guide on how to make the PERFECT pancake every time!

Serves: 2 people

Ingredients:

1 cup self-raising flour

1 cup milk

1 egg

Method:

  1. Sift self-raising flour into a bowl
  2. Add the milk and the egg
  3. Stir thoroughly until it is a smooth, pasty mixture. Ensure there is no lumps of self-raising flour in the mix.
  4. Pour mix into a non-stick pan on medium-to-high heat and cook for 1 minute on the first side, and 20 seconds more once flipped.
  5. Enjoy!

If you want to sweeten your pancakes, simply add as much sugar as you like. Caster sugar is preferred. You may want to be creative and add some chocolate, ice-cream, cream or whatever! Enjoy your pancakes and happy cooking!
