Simple and Delicious Pancake Recipe!

A mouth-watering, step-by-step guide on how to make the PERFECT pancake every time!
Serves: 2 people
Ingredients:
1 cup self-raising flour
1 cup milk
1 egg
Method:
- Sift self-raising flour into a bowl
- Add the milk and the egg
- Stir thoroughly until it is a smooth, pasty mixture. Ensure there is no lumps of self-raising flour in the mix.
- Pour mix into a non-stick pan on medium-to-high heat and cook for 1 minute on the first side, and 20 seconds more once flipped.
- Enjoy!
If you want to sweeten your pancakes, simply add as much sugar as you like. Caster sugar is preferred. You may want to be creative and add some chocolate, ice-cream, cream or whatever! Enjoy your pancakes and happy cooking!
