Steam Bread Pudding

A simple recipe and easy to find ingredients from my lovely country "Malaysia"

Bread

Fresh milk

Sugar

1 tablespoon of butter/margerine (But I’m prefer butter)

A pinch of salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract/vanilla essence

1 eggs

raisins

  1. Soak bread with milk, sugar, butter, salt, eggs, raisins and vanilla essence.
  2. Once the bread quite soft, put in baking pan  and steam for 3 / 4 hours.
  3. Once cook, lift and let it cool.
