Strawberry Angel Cloud Dessert

A yummy dessert that you can serve at your Christmas dinner.
Ingredients
- 3 pkg. strawberry jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 (10 oz) pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed
- 1 angel food cake, broken into pieces
- I small carton Cool Whip, thawed
Method
Dissolve the jello in boiling water. Beat for 5 minutes with an electric mixer. Add partially thawed strawberries. Pour jello mixture over the broken angel food cake pieces. Add the Cool Whip and refrigerate until ready to serve.

It is a very easy method even for one like me, that I do not know how to cook.
