Strawberry Carnival Pudding

Truly a carnival – strawberry lovers would love it.
Ingredients
- Strawberry jelly 1 Pkt.
- Fresh cream 200 grams
- Sugar powdered 2 Tbsp.
- Strawberries ¾ tea cups.
- Vanilla ice-cream 2 small cups.
- Sweetened cream and strawberries for decoration.
Method:
- Dissolve jelly in 2 cups of boiling water.
- Cool a little and pour a small amount into a jelly mould. Put to set in the freezer.
- To the remaining jelly, add vanilla ice-cream and beat.
- Beat cream with sugar till thick.
- Put the vessel containing the remaining jelly with ice-cream in a larger vessel filled with ice cubes and go on stirring all the time.
- When the mixture slightly thickens add the beaten cream and sliced strawberries.
- Stir for one minute and pour mixture over the set jelly. Put to set in the freezer.
- Just before serving, dip in hot water for a few seconds, loosen the sides and UN-mould on a plate. Decorate it with strawberries and fresh cream.
