Super Creamy Custard

Extremely easy and ultra delicious!

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons caster sugar
2 tablespoon plain flour
2 eggs
1 litre milk
vanilla essence

Cream butter and sugar, add flour then gradually add beaten eggs.

Heat milk gently and add to mixture.

Put mixture in saucepan and gently bring to the boil.

Simmer 5 minutes stirring continuously.

Add vanilla and serve cold with ice-cream.
